About Steven Martinez, PA-C

Steven Martinez, PA-C, is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare provider who has been serving patients since 2016. Mr. Martinez initially graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Sociology and Criminology from Colorado State University, and completed his master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas Arlington. He practiced social work for the Center of Geriatrics at UNT Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Several years later, Mr. Martinez decided to pursue a career as a PA, and earned a master’s degree from Missouri State University. His diverse educational background has equipped him with a unique set of skills to better communicate with and advocate for his patients.

Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates, Mr. Martinez is able to diagnose and treat patients in lieu of a physician. This unique flexibility allows patients the option to book their appointments sooner, expediting the treatment process. Mr. Martinez places a special focus on total joint replacements and sports injuries, and has a passion for getting people back to a place where they can have active or competitive lifestyles. He also treats various sports injuries and trauma, and conducts total shoulder, hip, and knee replacements.

Growing up in Colorado, Mr. Martinez developed a love for outdoor adventures, including fishing, camping, and staying fit. He enjoys volunteering, serving at church, photography, music, and spending time with his wife, his son and daughter. He is also fluent in Spanish.
