John Phillips

John E. Phillips is a seasoned health care executive who began his career at Hendrick Health System in Abilene nearly 15 years ago. He has served as regional chief operating officer of CHRISTUS, St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, chief operating officer for Davis Regional Medical Center in N.C. and administrator of Eastland Memorial Hospital in Eastland TX. In 2014, Phillips was named a HealthCare Hero by Fort Worth Business Press.

Methodist Mansfield staff continuously strive for the highest quality care, and we as a hospital constantly look for ways to enhance our service. In the four years I have served as President of Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, we have been voted Best Medical Facility, Best Maternity Ward, and Best Emergency Department in our surrounding communities. This has been a wonderful Medical Center to manage, and an even more wonderful community to serve. We have already expanded on the medical services we offer and opened a Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center. Now, in true Methodist Mansfield fashion, we are continuing this push for excellence in care and services. I am pleased to announce that the time has finally come to open our new Patient Tower Two.
